What are Tags?
Tags allow you to organize and/or identify messages.
For some chats, it might be useful to add tags to particular messages, to keep them divided by topics. It provides the possibility to easily find them in long chat threads.
To add a tag to a message in a chat:
Go to the desired chat and pick a message you want to tag

Last messages received: The first messages displayed will be the most recently received ones/recently replied
Responsible: Unassigned chats will be displayed first, followed by those assigned to your Teammates

Archived Chats
You can archive chats that are not in use anymore. When you archive a chat, it disappears from the general Chat List. It will also disappear from the filtered lists of chats.
It can be useful in scenarios where you want to track the performance of agents handling chats, when it comes to closed cases. In this case, if a team member in responsible of a chat closes and archives it, they won't see it in the list of active chats anymore.

Unread Chats View
Chats that were not read yet are always displayed in bold and appear at the top of the chat list, even if there are newer chats, which are read.

Go to the chat and scroll to the relevant message that you want to check

If you don't want to get notifications for a specific chat, you can mute it. The chat will be muted for you until you unmute it. Keep in mind that the chat will be muted only for you. Your Teammates will have it unmuted on their side.
