TimelinesAI and Monday Integration: Troubleshooting

In this article, we'll go over the troubleshooting steps you can take whenever you notice any issues with your TimelinesAI and Monday Integration.

We'll be reviewing the following:

Run History: Integration Activity
When a WhatsApp Account is Disconnected
Out of Mass-sending Quota
Monday Integration Log on TimelinesAI

Run History: Integration Activity

Monday provides a registry where you'll find details about the templates and how these are working. This tool will help you understand what's going on with your templates if you notice issues with these on Monday.

You'll find this useful tool by:

Clicking on "Integrate"
Then, you'll click on "Board Automations"
Lastly, click on "Run History"

By reviewing the details of specific templates in that section, you'll be able to see a registry of how your automations are running:

Run History Statuses

You'll usually see three statuses in this log:

Success: The template ran as expected
In progress: This means that it is currently being processed on Monday. If it takes too long, then that could mean that it may fail
Fail: If the template was not processed, this error status will show up. This is the one we recommend looking for in the Run History log, so you can review the details and determine what caused the issue

When a WhatsApp Account is Disconnected

If you don't have a connected WhatsApp account on TimelinesAI, then the templates configured to send automated messages will not work. When you access your Board Automations section, you'll see this template temporarily grayed out with a text in red, "Reconnect your WhatsApp account in order to reenable this recipe".

Make sure to refer to this article , so you can reconnect your WhatsApp account on TimelinesAI

Once you have reconnected your WhatsApp account, you may go back to Monday and access the Board Automations, so you can turn this recipe on and try again.

Out of Mass-sending Quota

The other issue that you may experience is running out of mass-sending quota ( this quota is needed on TimelinesAI to send automated messages). The Board Automations section will provide you with more information about this, by reviewing the specific activity and expanding its log, so you can learn more about the issue:

If this happens, then you'll have to increase your mass-sending quota, so the system can send automated messages as expected.

You can learn more about the quota by referring to this article: Mass-sending Quota: Overview
