Migration from Inbound Webhooks to Public API
TimelinesAI has recently updated the Webhooks Integration. Now, instead of Inbound Webhooks, we'll introduce our Public API. Therefore, you'll need to change your integration settings, in order to configure your Public API accordingly.
You can learn more about how the Public API works by referring to this article: TimelinesAI Public API
The system will display "Inbound Webhooks (Deprecated)", which will indicate that the change is now available on your end (this tab will not be available for new users)
The Public API tab will be visible as well
We'll allow everyone to switch to the Public API until December 31st, 2023. After this date, the Inbound Webhooks tab will no longer be available.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via our Chat Support or email, at hello@timelines.ai.
