TimelinesAI provides three main plans:

They differ in features, but all of them are based on seats.
The number of seats under one of our plans determines how many team members and WhatsApp accounts you'll be able to connect in your workspace.
In the image below, the Team Member can choose if they want to connect a WhatsApp account or not, depending on your workspace needs.
What are seats?
These define how many team members (such as associates, agents, representatives, or users) you can add to your workspace. You can think of them as individual licenses that allow access to your workspace and enable collaboration within TimelinesAI.
The cost is based on your selected plan.
For example, if you want to add 3 team members, you will need 3 seats. The total price is calculated by multiplying the number of seats by the price of the chosen plan.
Team members and WhatsApp accounts:
TimelinesAI allows each team member to connect only one WhatsApp account at a time.
This means that if you want to connect 3 WhatsApp accounts, you will need 3 seats, allowing 3 team members in your workspace, each connecting their own WhatsApp account.
If you want to use a single WhatsApp account shared among 3 team members, the same rule applies - you will still need 3 seats in your subscription to invite those additional team members.
In other words, the number of WhatsApp accounts you can connect depends directly on the number of seats in your workspace - there is no alternative setup outside of this structure.
