On 4 October 2026 TimelinesAI moved to new plans: Starter, Pro and Enterprise. They replaced the older CRM Integration, Shared Inbox and Mass Messaging & Automation plans, which new subscriptions can no longer choose. A price list or page that still shows the older plans is from before that date.
TimelinesAI is priced per seat. You need one seat for each user who connects a WhatsApp account, and each connected WhatsApp number takes one seat. With annual billing you save about 20%.

Starter, Pro and Enterprise all include the shared inbox, every CRM integration (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, monday.com, Salesforce, Close and more), QR code, official WhatsApp Business API (WABA) and Coexistence connections, the WhatsApp MCP, the Public API and webhooks, Workflow Builder, Zapier, Make.com and ChatGPT Agents for AI auto-replies. One-to-one messages are unlimited on every plan.
Pro adds team statistics per rep, contacts export and hiding customers' phone numbers from non-admin team members. Enterprise adds the highest limits and a plan tailored to your team.

If you connect a number through the official WhatsApp Business API, Meta bills its own per-message fees for template messages. TimelinesAI charges no extra platform fee for it.
