TimelinesAI works similarly to WhatsApp Web. To connect your account, you’ll just need your phone with the WhatsApp number you’d like to link nearby.
To connect your WhatsApp number to TimelinesAI:
Create a profile on TimelinesAI (if you haven't done it already)
Navigate to WhatsApp Accounts
Click on the "My account" tab
Click on "Generate QR" and move your cursor away from the QR area
The QR code will be generated, and now, you can scan it following these steps:
Open WhatsApp on your mobile phone
Tap on the ⋮ button and tap on "Linked devices."
Select Link a device and point your camera toward the QR code generated by TimelinesAI
Now you are all set! TimelinesAI will connect automatically.
Note: The process is just as simple if you want to switch numbers. To disconnect the current number and connect a new one, simply scan the QR code using the WhatsApp account you’d like to link, and the app will take care of the rest.
Connect a WhatsApp account to TimelinesAI via mobile web browser:
Log in to your TimelinesAI account on your mobile device (you may use Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave, etc)

You should get a WhatsApp push notification after requesting that code.
If not, just make sure to open the WhatsApp mobile app → tap on the 3-dotted button at the top-right corner → select "Linked Devices" → tap on "Link a Device" → and then select "Link with phone number instead."
Doing this will allow you to see this screen:
Make sure to enter the code you got on TimelinesAI, and then the WhatsApp app will establish the connection.
Once done, you'll see the linked device on your WhatsApp mobile app, and on TimelinesAI, you'll see your WhatsApp account online

At TimelinesAI, you can connect more than one WhatsApp number to share access with the rest of the team and manage the WhatsApp accounts in one workspace. Each TimelinesAI profile can connect to 1 WhatsApp account at a time. It means that if your team uses more than 1 WhatsApp number, you need to ask a team member to connect their number to the workspace. You can also create a second profile on your workspace and connect the additional number using a new profile.
