  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • American Express

Wire Transfer payments:

Wire transfer is available as a payment method under the following conditions:

  • Annual subscriptions with a minimum value of $500 per year

  • Semi-annual or quarterly billing is available for amounts of $2,500 or more per payment

  • Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for wire transfer - please use a credit or debit card instead

  • Accepted Currencies: USD and EUR

How to Pay via Wire Transfer:

  • Bank account details are provided directly by our support team.

  • Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]

  • Let us know your subscription plan and billing period

  • We will provide you with our bank account details and issue an invoice

  • Complete the transfer using the details provided

  • All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the full invoice amount is received on our end.

  • Do not use any bank details found on third-party websites - only use the details provided directly by our team.

  • Once the transfer is complete, please notify our support team so we can confirm receipt and activate your subscription.

Payment Issues:

Payments may fail due to one of the following reasons:

  • The payment has been declined by your credit card provider

  • The credit card provided has expired or has insufficient funds

  • The credit card number provided is invalid

  • The credit card provided has not been approved for recurring payments

To resolve a payment issue, based on the above reasons, please update your payment method or contact your bank or credit card provider to understand why the payment failed.
