Cancel TimelinesAI Subscription

If you'd like to cancel your TimelinesAI subscription, you can do it directly from your account settings.

Please note that only workspace owners can manage subscriptions but even the workspace owner is not able to delete the entire workspace.

For subscription cancellation, follow the instructions:

  • Go to Account > Subscription from the left navigation menu, or use this direct link

  • In the Subscriptions Summary section, click "Cancel subscription."

  • Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again after that.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You will still have access to your TimelinesAI account and your message history

  • Your WhatsApp connection will be paused. You will no longer be able to send or receive messages through TimelinesAI

  • Any active automations, integrations, and ChatGPT agents will stop working

  • Your data is not deleted. If you resubscribe later, your chats and contacts will still be there.

Want to Cancel Only Your Recurring Quota?

If you don't want to cancel your entire subscription but only your recurring messaging quota, follow the instructions in How to manage (change/cancel) recurring paid quota.

Note: Pay-As-You-Go quota cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it is a one-time purchase. Learn more in How to purchase Pay-As-You-Go Quota.

Alternatives to Cancellation

Before cancelling, consider:

  • Reducing seats - Go to Account > Subscription > Manage Plan and Seats to lower your monthly cost

  • Switching to a lower plan - You can change your plan from the same Subscription page

FAQ

Can I get a refund?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?
Yes.

Go to Account > Subscription and click "Manage My Subscription" to resubscribe at any time.

I'm not the workspace owner. How do I cancel?
Only workspace owners can manage subscriptions. Contact your workspace owner to request cancellation. See Roles and Permissions to check your role.
