How to Change the Workspace Owner

To change the owner of the workspace, the current owner must contact our support team via chat or email at [email protected] and provide the following details:

  1. Their current email address

  2. The new owner's email address (the new owner must already be an active user within the same workspace).

  3. Specify the role that should be assigned to the current owner after the transfer.

  4. Indicate whether any billing details need to be updated as part of the transfer:

  • Last 4 digits of the credit card used for payments.

  • Expiration date of the card.

  • Cardholder’s name.
