How to Change the Workspace Owner

The workspace owner can only be changed by our team. To proceed, the current owner needs to contact our support team via chat or email at [email protected] and provide the following details:

  • Current owner’s email address

  • New owner’s email address (the new owner must already be an active user in the same workspace)

  • The role to assign to the current owner after the transfer

  • If billing details also need to be updated, please additionally provide (Last 4 digits and card expiration data, Cardholder's name).
