Our Universal WhatsApp Chrome Extension will allow you to start WhatsApp chats from any CRM and/or web page.
Here is the list of requirements:
TimelinesAI account with an active subscription.
If you don't have an account yet, Sign Up and use a 10-day Free Trial, no credit card required.
Your WhatsApp account is connected to your TimelinesAI workspace.
If the requirements are met, you may begin using it and follow the instructions:
Download the Extension.
Make sure that you're logged into your TimelinesAI workspace and that your WhatsApp account is connected to it.
Proceed to check the extension.
We recommend pinning it to your web browser. You'll be able to turn it off/on and also reset it, if needed:
The extension will display as a bubble with the TimelinesAI logo, at the top-right corner of your screen. Once you click on it, you'll see a dashboard at the right side of your screen, with the following details:
Dock Button: It allows you to switch the dashboard's position within your screen to the left or right side of it. You're also able to extend the dashboard by hovering your cursor on the edge of it; click and drag the edge of the dashboard to the left or right.
Detected WhatsApp Chats: The numbers that were detected within your webpage. These are readily available for you to chat with.
TimelinesAI Workspace(s): This button allows you to switch between your TimelinesAI workspaces
Refresh Button: This will allow you to refresh the data displayed within the extension
Close Button: Allows you to close the extension and will turn into a bubble
New Chat Button: Clicking on this button will allow you to start a new chat. It'll look like this:
Chatting through the Extension:
When you click on a chat, it'll open its thread within the extension. You'll be able to receive/send messages to your contacts from there, and emojis and attachments can be sent as well.
To close a chat, just make sure to click on the right "Phone List" button that's at the top, and this will take you to the "Detected phones" view.
Keep in mind that your messages will be synced into TimelinesAI and WhatsApp right away, as you can see in this image below:
