Payment issues-troubleshooting

To ensure uninterrupted access to your TimelinesAI services, all licenses are configured for automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle.

In some cases, payments may not be processed successfully due to various reasons, such as an expired card, insufficient balance, bank restrictions, or outdated payment details.

Common reasons for payment failure:

  • The payment was declined by your credit card provider

  • The CVV code was entered incorrectly

  • The credit/debit card entered has expired or does not have enough funds

  • The credit/debit card is not valid for online transaction

  • The credit/debit card is not valid for transactions in a foreign currency

  • The credit/debit card is not valid for cross-border transactions

  • The credit/debit card number is invalid, or has been reported as lost or stolen

To resolve the payment issues:

  • Try to complete the payment with a different credit/debit card

  • Get in touch with your bank to find out why the payment has not gone through

  • Confirm with your bank if you are using the correct account details

  • Try to make your payment on a different internet browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Chrome), or try clearing your browser's cache.

Payment Retry:

If a subscription renewal payment is not processed successfully, Stripe may automatically retry the payment within the following days.

To help avoid any interruption to your services, please make sure sufficient balance is available as soon as possible.

During this period, you may continue to have access to the services for a limited grace period before access is affected.

To ensure a successful renewal, we recommend that you:

  • Update your payment method immediately if your current card expired or you want to pay with different one

  • Make sure sufficient balance is available on the card you have to the account
