Refund policy
TimelinesAI subscription fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. This is set out in our Terms of Service.
"Unless required by law, the subscription fees are non-refundable."
Here you can find why WhatsApp bans and blocked messages aren't grounds for a refund, and why trial/monthly plans mean upgrades and annual plans aren't refunded. We keep this policy fair by giving you low-risk ways to evaluate and commit to the service before you pay.
WhatsApp account bans and blocked messages:
TimelinesAI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta. Per our Terms of Service:
"TimelinesAI is not responsible or liable in case of suspension or termination of the user's WhatsApp account by WhatsApp due to the activities executed by the user via TimelinesAI or elsewhere."
What this means for refunds:
A WhatsApp ban or suspension of your number is not grounds for a refund. How your WhatsApp account is used, and any action WhatsApp takes against it, is outside our control and is your responsibility under our Terms.
WhatsApp may block or fail to deliver individual messages (for example, due to WhatsApp's own anti-spam limits or the recipient's settings) - this happens on WhatsApp's side, through no fault of TimelinesAI, and is likewise not grounds for a refund.
You are never charged quota for messages that don't go through - If a mass-messaging send fails, the message quota for that send is automatically restored to your account, so a blocked or failed message does not consume your allowance.
Trial/Monthly plans - why upgrades and annual plans aren't refunded
We give every customer a low-commitment way to make sure TimelinesAI is right for them before paying for a longer term:
Free trial - You can evaluate TimelinesAI in full during the free trial before purchasing anything.
Flexible monthly plans - If you'd rather not commit long-term, month-to-month billing lets you cancel any time before the next cycle.
Annual plans are offered at a discount in exchange for the yearly commitment; that commitment is the reason for the lower price.
Because of this, the following are not refunded:
Upgrades - if you upgrade your plan or add seats and your needs later change, the upgrade is not refundable. (While your subscription stays active, we can usually apply the value as account credit toward future invoices.)
Annual subscriptions and renewals - including cases where you decide you no longer need the service, aren't using it, or your business needs have changed. The free trial and monthly option exist precisely so you can avoid an annual commitment if you're unsure.
Reducing seats mid-term on an annual plan - your plan is priced for the year, so seats can't be reduced for a partial refund mid-term. Unused seats stay available and can be re-assigned to other team members at any time before renewal.
