What happens if my subscription expires?

There can be several reasons why your subscription expired. Below is a list of the most common possible reasons.

End of Free Trial:

TimelinesAI provides a 10-day Free Trial period to all new users. You may select any of our basic plans, so you can test out our services and then determine whether TimelinesAI is suitable for your business needs.

Just a few days before your Free Trial ends, we'll display a reminder message for you, indicating the date when the trial ends.

If you decide not to continue with one of our paid subscriptions after your Free Trial ends, you will still have access to your TimelinesAI account and be able to view your message history.

However, sending and receiving messages through TimelinesAI will be unavailable until you activate a paid subscription again.

End of the Subscription:

If your current subscription's payment cycle is coming to an end soon, you will get a similar reminder to the one aforementioned. If you don't continue with a paid subscription, the connection between your WhatsApp account and TimelinesAI account will be paused. You will still have access to your TimelinesAI account, though.

If you would like to resume the access, you can easily do so through your subscription settings.

  • Click on “Manage My Subscription”.

  • You will be taken to a page where you can review your plan and resume your subscription.

Following these steps will restore full access to your account and all associated features.
