As the owner of your workspace, you can add one or more seats to your plan directly from the Subscriptions page — no need to leave the app or go through an external checkout.
Steps to Add Extra Seats
Click on your Account dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Navigate to the Subscriptions section, or go directly using this link: Subscriptions.
Find your active subscription card and open the Plan tab.
In the Add extra seats section, use the + control to select how many seats you'd like to add.
Review the details shown:
Unit price per seat (based on your current plan pricing)
Amount due now — the prorated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle, taking into account any active discounts or coupons
Click the Purchase button to confirm.
Your default payment method on file will be charged immediately for the prorated amount, and the new seats will be available right away. The updated seat count will be reflected on your subscription card.
Who can add seats? Only the workspace owner can see and use the "Add extra seats" option. If you are an admin but not the owner, you will not see this section — please ask the workspace owner to add seats on your behalf.
Viewing Your Seat Usage
On the Plan tab of your subscription card, you can see a summary of your current seat usage:
Included seats — the number of seats in your plan
Active (used) seats — seats currently assigned to team members
Seats remaining — available seats you can still assign
Managing Your Subscription
Workspace owners also have access to the following options on each subscription card:
Manage subscription — opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or make other billing changes.
Cancel subscription — schedule your subscription for cancellation at the end of the current billing period.
