Suspend or Delete a Team Member
Suspend a Team Member
If you need to temporarily suspend a team member, you can do it from the Team tab of the workspace Owner account. You can restore a team member's account any time.
Suspended users can't log in to their account, and they receive a message that their account was suspended.
To suspend a team member:
- Go to the Team section on TimelinesAI
- Select the team member(s) that will be suspended and click on the Suspend icon (which is the lock icon) on the right
- The user will be then suspended from your workspace
When the suspended team member tries to log into their account, they will see a message like this:
Remove a Team Member
- Go to the Team section on TimelinesAI
- Select the team member(s) that you want to remove and click on the Delete icon (the trash bin icon) on the right
- A dialog pop-up will display at the top of the page; click on the "OK" button to confirm this action
- The user be then removed from your workspace
When the removed team member tries to log in to their account, they will see a message like this:
