Join Workspace
There are multiple ways to join an existing TimelinesAI workspace and collaborate with your team to manage WhatsApp efficiently.
Default method: If you have the workspace login name, follow these steps to join
Using HubSpot link: If you are an existing member of a HubSpot team, follow these steps
Ask the account owner for the workspace login name. Account owner can find it at https://app.timelines.ai/profile/workspaces and share it with you.
Open https://app.timelines.ai/register/ . Enter your email.
Then click "Join existing workspace".
Enter obtained workspace login team and click "Request Access"
Workspace owners or administrators will be notified of your request. Wait for their approval, or speed up the process by asking them directly. They can approve your request at https://app.timelines.ai/join-requests/
Once your request is approved, check your email and click "Complete & Join" to access your team's workspace.
Enter your Name and the desired password
And that's it! You've successfully joined your team. 🎉
If your team has an active TimelinesAI HubSpot connection and you're part of the team on HubSpot, you can join TimelinesAI using a special HubSpot link.
Login to your HubSpot account and open any contact or a deal
Find "Live WhatsApp Chat" widget
Click on " Here" button in " Sign up and join your team" section
Enter your email address and click "Join existing workspace"
On the next screen, the workspace login name will be automatically prefilled. Simply click "Request Access" to proceed.
Note that your team's workspace login name will be added here automatically and you don't need to enter it manually.
Workspace owners or administrators will be notified of your request. Wait for their approval, or speed up the process by asking them directly. They can approve your request by following the link https://app.timelines.ai/join-requests/
Once your request is approved, check your email and click "Complete & Join" to access your team's workspace.
Enter your Name and the desired password
And that's it! You've successfully joined your team. 🎉
