Join Requests: issues and FAQs

Your team can join your TimelinesAI workspace by sending a join request, which you can then approve or decline.

I can't find the "Join Requests" tab anywhere in by TimelinesAI account. Where is it?

Try the following steps:
Click " Account" from the left navigation menu. Then click "Team". And then click "Join Requests" tab.

If you don't see the tab:
Make sure you are logged in as workspace owner or administrator. Keep in mind that only users with those roles can access join requests.
Join requests tab is also hidden when there are no requests for you handle. Make sure your team mate has indeed sent you a request and try re-checking then.

My team member has sent a join request but I can't see it

Please try following solutions:
Open the Join Requests page: https://app.timelines.ai/join-requests/, locate the "Join Requests History" section, and click the "V" (arrow down) icon next to it to unfold the table with already processed join requests. The join request you are looking for may have been approved or declined by another administrator or has expired since no action was taken within 7 days.
Open https://app.timelines.ai/profile/workspaces, copy your workspace login name, and then contact your team member to provide them with the copied workspace login name. Double-check if they tried to join this workspace, as they might have sent a request to the wrong workspace login name.
