Managing Team Join Requests in TimelinesAI
TimelinesAI makes it simple for your team members to join your workspace. Team members can send a join request, and as the workspace owner or administrator, you’ll be able to review and either approve or decline these requests.

Where do I find the “Join Requests” tab?
To locate join requests in your account:
- Click on “Account” in the left navigation menu.
- Select “Team”.
- Open the “Join Requests” tab.
You can also go directly to this page here: Join Requests
If the tab isn’t visible:
- Ensure you’re logged in as the workspace owner or an administrator, as only these roles have access to manage join requests.
- The tab may also be hidden if there are currently no pending requests. Double-check with your teammate to confirm they have already sent their join request.
My team member sent a join request, but I can’t see it
If you can’t find a request from your teammate, try the following steps:
- Go to the Join Requests page. Under Join Requests History, click the arrow (∨) icon to expand the list of processed requests. The request may have already been approved, declined, or expired (requests automatically expire if no action is taken within 7 days).
- Double-check your workspace details:
- Open Your Workspaces and copy your workspace login name.
- Share this login name with your teammate and confirm that they tried to join the correct workspace. Sometimes requests are sent to the wrong workspace, which can cause confusion.
