You can use the Autoresponder feature in TimelinesAI to simplify your communication, send quick & customized messages, and manage automated WhatsApp replies with easy setup, activity tracking, and simulation tools for better engagement.
When someone sends a new message to your WhatsApp account connected to TimelinesAI, they will automatically receive a welcome message. You can customize this message by entering your desired text in the provided text box. This ensures that every new chat is greeted promptly and professionally, improving engagement and providing a better experience for your customers.

Once you’ve created the welcome message, the next step is to set up automatic options. These options will let your contacts choose what they’re looking for by selecting from a list of choices you provide. This makes it quick and simple for them to get the information or service they need.
You can add up to 10 automatic selection entries. Here’s how these entries look:

After setting up your Automatic Selection entries, you can also create a message for invalid selections. If the person sending the message picks an invalid option, the system will send them a message automatically.
There’s a text box where you can type your message. You can use it to explain the mistake and guide them to choose the correct option.

If you want to notify your contacts about certain delays, you must use the “Notify by Email” dropdown list. It will help you to notify them (just in case) if your team is busy or handling a heavy workload.

If you enable the autoresponder feature for inactive chats, you must set the Autoresponder to reply to new messages in a chat after a set period of inactivity. If you turn this option off, it will only reply to the first message.

Welcome Message
When someone sends a new message to your WhatsApp account connected to TimelinesAI, they will automatically receive a welcome message. 3 | Assign an Agent | This option will allow you to automatically assign the chat to any of your team members, depending on the selection made by the contact. |
4 | Add Label to a Conversation | You can also label a chat, based on the selection in question, so it can be easily identified in your inbox. |
5 | Move Up/Move Down | These buttons will allow you to rearrange the order of your Automatic Selection entries. |
6 | Delete | You may click on this button if you want to delete the given Automatic Selection. |
7 | Add Selection | This option will add a new Automatic Selection entry, in case you want to offer more options for your contacts. |

Enable Autoresponder for Inactive Chats
If you enable the autoresponder feature for inactive chats, you must set the Autoresponder to reply to new messages in a chat after a set period of inactivity. If you turn this option off, it will only reply to the first message.
