How to check the Delivery Status of a Message
If you need to check what is the status of a message, you can use the Insight feature for that. For detailed information about it, we suggest you refer to this article: Checking the Delivery Status of Messages
If the Delivery Status is Sending
If the Delivery Status stays on "Sending" for a prolonged time frame, then this may indicate that your WhatsApp Mobile app might not be reachable to WhatsApp servers. To solve this issue, please follow the following steps:
Open the WhatsApp Mobile app on the same device that was used to scan QR code from TimelinesAI, and try sending a message from it to TimelinesAI Support number (+447441447478). The text of the message: "Test from the WhatsApp Mobile app". Wait until the message delivery status is updated to "Sent" and then, to "Delivered".
If it doesn't get updated, make sure that your mobile device is charged; restart your mobile device and verify that it is connected to the internet, to ensure that the connectivity of the WhatsApp Mobile app is restored.
Repeat steps 1 and 2.
Try sending a message from TimelinesAI to the TimelinesAI Support number (+447441447478); the text of your message: "Test from TimelinesAI". Wait until the message delivery status is updated to "Sent" and then, to "Delivered".
Open WhatsApp Web and try sending a message from there, to TimelinesAI Support number (+447441447478); the text of the message: "Test from WhatsApp Web". Make sure the message shows up in your WhatsApp Mobile app.
Repeat step 4.
If the steps above didn't help, you may have a major connectivity issue with your WhatsApp Mobile app. We recommend reinstalling the WhatsApp Mobile app within your mobile device or, switch to another mobile device.
