On TimelinesAI, you may send images, videos, audio files, and documents. Instructions on how to use these features are provided below:
Click on the "Attach" button that's on the right side of the text box
Select a file from your computer and click on "Open."
The file will be displayed below the text box
Then, you may add text to your message, if needed, and click on "Send."
The file will be sent, and you'll see it available in your message.
Please be noted that only one file can be sent per message and for larger files, we recommend sharing a cloud storage link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Maximum file size of attachment depends on your plan:
CRM Integration - 2 MB
Shared Inbox - 10 MB
Mass Messaging - 50 MB
WhatsApp Business API (WABA) limitation:
Meta also applies media size limits - up to 16 MB for images, audio, and videos, and up to 100 MB for documents. If your plan allows a larger file size, Meta’s limits will still apply.
