Change password:
On the Log In page, click on Forgot your password?
Enter the email address you used for your TimelinesAI account
Check your email for the password recovery instructions and follow them to create a new password.
Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.
Suspended/Deleted Account:
If the password is not the issue, your account may be suspended or deleted. If you see the message “Your account is suspended,” it means you cannot reset it on your side. You can find the reasons for suspension in this article.
If resetting your password or account suspension is not the issue and you are still unable to log in, it is likely that your account has been deleted. Account deletion can only be performed by the workspace owner. Please check the details with your workspace owner for further clarification.
Don't know or can't access the account email:
If you do not remember which email was used for your TimelinesAI account, or if the email belonged to a former team member and is no longer accessible, contact us via chat and ask for a human agent. Our team can help identify the account and assist with recovery after verifying your identity.
