Suspend a team member:
In this article, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to suspend or delete a team member.
Suspended users are unable to log in to their accounts and will see a notification informing them that their account has been suspended.
To suspend a team member:
Go to the Account → Team section on TimelinesAI
Select the team member(s) that will be suspended
Click on the Suspend icon (which is the lock icon) on the right
The user will then be suspended from your workspace
When a suspended team member attempts to log in to their account, they will see a message similar to the following:
Suspensions due to plan updates:
This can happen when the workspace Owner switches to a plan with fewer seats than the current number of team members.
It most commonly occurs when moving from a free trial to a paid plan.
For example, if your workspace had 10 team members during the trial and you switch to a plan with only 5 seats, the remaining team members will be automatically suspended.
To resolve this, you can either:
Upgrade your plan by adding more seats and then restoring the suspended team members.
Remove the suspended users from your team if you don’t plan to include them in your subscription.
Instructions for removing a team member can be found below:
Go to the Account → Team section on TimelinesAI
Select the team member(s) that you want to remove
Click on the Delete button
A dialog pop-up will display at the top of the page; click on the "OK" button to confirm this action
The user will then be removed from your workspace
