The Mass Messaging & Automation quota (MMA quota) defines how many messages can be sent by a TimelinesAI workspace , via specific channels. You can learn more about Mass-sending Quota in this Overview Article.
Recurring paid quota is - additional recurring quota that can be purchased for the entire workspace. Expires monthly. Unused quota will be lost upon a new billing cycle.
If you already have an active recurring quota subscription, refer to this article on how to increase/decrease amount of purchase quota units there.
To purchase extra recurring quota if you have never done so before:
Go Account → Subscription from the left navigation menu
Keep in mind that only workspace owners can open and manage the subscription.
Click on the Purchase Quota button under "Extra recurring quota: 0 messages" line:
You’ll be redirected to the payment page. Click on the Qty drop-down and set the desired amount of quota units in the opened pop-up window and then proceed to checkout.
Please note that the value of a quota unit depends on your plan. On Starter and Pro, 1 unit = 100 messages for 4 USD a month. On Enterprise, extra quota is part of your quote. If you are on an older plan, your unit stays as it was: 100 messages on CRM Integration and Shared Inbox, 1,000 messages on Mass Messaging & Automation.
