The Mass Messaging & Automation quota (MMA quota) defines how many messages can be sent by a TimelinesAI workspace , via specific channels. You can learn more about Mass-sending Quota in this Overview Article.
Recurring paid quota is - additional recurring quota that can be purchased for the entire workspace. Expires monthly. Unused quota will be lost upon a new billing cycle.

To purchase extra recurring quota if you have never done so before:
Go Account → Subscription from the left navigation menu
Keep in mind that only workspace owners can open and manage the subscription.
Click on the Purchase Quota button under "Extra recurring quota: 0 messages" line:
You’ll be redirected to the payment page. Click on the Qty drop-down and set the desired amount of quota units in the opened pop-up window and then proceed to checkout.
Please note that the value of a quota unit varies depending on your plan. For the CRM Integration and Shared Inbox plans, 1 unit = 100 messages. For the Mass Messaging plan, 1 unit = 1,000 messages.
