How to Add Seats to Your TimelinesAI Plan
As the owner of your workspace, you have the ability to add one or more seats to your plan, allowing additional team members to access your account.
Please follow the steps below if you are on a monthly plan:
- Click on your “Account” dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Navigate to the “Subscriptions” section, or go directly using this link: Subscriptions.
- Click on the “Manage Plan and Seats” button.
- Select “Update Quantity” and enter the desired number of seats you wish to add.
Important Note: If your account is on an annual plan, seat modifications cannot be made directly through the dashboard. Please contact our customer support team to increase the number of seats on your plan.
Adding seats ensures your team has access to all the features they need while keeping your subscription fully optimized.
