How to Upgrade Your Subscription
If you would like to upgrade your subscription, you may do so by following the steps below:
Log in to your TimelinesAI account
Click on the "Account" drop-down, found in the left sidebar
Access the Subscription section
Click on the "Manage Plan and Seats" button
You'll then be taken to a page, where you can edit and update your plan accordingly

Payment Issues
Payments may fail due to one of the following reasons:
The payment has been declined by your credit card provider
The credit card provided has expired or has insufficient funds
The credit card number provided is invalid
The credit card provided has not been approved for recurring payments
To solve a payment issue, based on the aforementioned issues, please update your payment method or contact your bank or credit card company to find out why the payment failed.
