TimelinesAI is a shared workspace for WhatsApp, connect one or multiple WhatsApp numbers, manage all conversations with your team, integrate with your CRM, and automate messaging at scale.
The connection works just like WhatsApp Web, scan a QR code or use a pairing code.
QR Code (desktop)
Go to WhatsApp Accounts → My Account tab
Click Generate QR and move your cursor away from the QR are
On your phone: open WhatsApp → tap ⋮ → Linked Devices → Link a Device
Point your camera at the QR code
Pairing Code (mobile or if QR doesn't work)
Go to WhatsApp Accounts → My Account
Enter your number in full international format (e.g. +1 555 123 4567)
Tap Request Pairing Code
On your phone: WhatsApp → ⋮ → Linked Devices → Link a Device → Link with phone number instead
Enter the 8-digit code shown on TimelinesAI
Both regular and Business WhatsApp numbers are supported
Invite Your Team - Share inbox access so teammates can reply to messages, leave internal comments, and assign conversations.
Go to Team → Invitations
Enter your teammate's email and select their role
They'll receive an invitation link to join your workspace
Each team member connects their own WhatsApp number (one per profile). You can connect multiple numbers in a single workspace.
Navigate Your Inbox - Your inbox is the home screen. Key features:

Send Messages & Use Templates - You can start new conversations, reply to existing ones, and use saved templates for common responses.
Start a new chat: Click ✚ and enter the recipient's phone number
Templates: Go to Templates to create reusable message snippets. Select them when composing a reply with one click.
