How to Create a Webhook Module to Capture Data from Your TimelinesAI Webhook


  1. Open an existing Workflow or create a new one.
  2. Add a new 'Trigger'.
  3. Search for and select 'Webhooks'.



  1. Select the 'Catch Hook' event and click 'Continue'.



  1. Copy the generated URL.



  1. Go to https://app.timelines.ai/integrations/webhooks_v2/ and add a new endpoint or edit an existing one. Refer to this article on how to create/edit TimelinesAI webhooks.


  1. Paste the copied webhook URL into the 'Webhook URL' field.



How to Run the Created Webhook Module


  1. Please generate an event that matches the event type selected in your TimelinesAI account. For example, if the event type is message:new, send a WhatsApp message or wait for an incoming one.
  2. Once done, SureTriggers will fetch the relevant data and display it below. This data will be needed for setting up the rest of your workflow.
