Available Triggers
New Message
- Runs when there is a new sent or received message.
New Incoming Message
- Runs when there is a new incoming message.
New Outgoing Message
- Runs when a new outgoing message.
New Chat
- Runs when there is a new direct or group chat.
New Incoming Chat
- Runs when there is a new incoming direct chat.
New Outgoing Chat
- Runs when there is a new outgoing direct chat.
Chat Assigned
- Runs when a chat was (re)assigned to a workspace member.
Chat Unassigned
- Runs when a chat was unassigned.
WhatsApp Account Connected
- Runs when the WhatsApp account is connected to the workspace.

Setting Up a Trigger
Let’s look at how to set up one of the triggers:
Go to the Workflow tab at SureTriggers and click the Create Workflow button.
Enter a name for your workflow and click Create.
Click on the Add Trigger button.
Search for the Timelines app and add it.
Select the event type "New Message."
Go to the next tab "Configure" and copy the webhook URL to your TimelinesAI settings.
In your Timelines workspace, open the Integrations tab and select Webhooks v2.
Click Add Endpoint and paste the copied webhook URL from SureTriggers.
Select the event type "chat:incoming:new" and click Add Endpoint.
Test your trigger by receiving a new message to your WhatsApp account. You should see it appear as shown below:
