Our Public API Integration allows you to make calls to the API tied to your TimelinesAI workspace account.
What the API credits limit is:
A monthly allowance of Public API usage, tied to your plan, per workspace.
1 API call = 1 API credit today. (We reserve the right to change this in future so that different kinds of calls can cost different amounts of credits).
Shown as “API Calls” in your workspace at Integrations → Public API — used, remaining, and reset date.
Usage resets on the 1st of each month. The limit itself does not reset or expire on that date.
What happens when you reach the limit — Once you’ve used your monthly allowance, further Public API calls are blocked until you increase your limit or usage resets on the 1st of the next month.
How to increase your limit:
Additional API credits price: $50 per 100,000 per month.
Increasing your limit is handled by our team. So, if you are sure you would like to proceed let us know and our team will help you set it up.
You can increase your limit on any date. The new limit applies immediately after the purchase is processed. Usage still resets on the 1st of each month.
To keep track of your API call usage:
Log in to your TimelinesAI account.
Navigate to Integrations → Public API.
In the API Calls section, you can see how many calls you've used, how many are remaining, and that usage resets on the 1st of each month.
Webhook integration as an alternative — If your use case involves polling, consider using our Webhook Integration instead. Webhooks deliver events to your endpoint in real time and do not consume API calls. You can read more about it here: Public API Webhooks Overview.
