Our Public API Integration allows you to make calls to the API tied to your TimelinesAI workspace account.
These calls are limited monthly based on a balance called "API Calls Limit". The number of API calls included depends on your subscription plan. The exact value for your workspace, along with the number of calls you've used and the renewal date, is shown on the Integrations → Public API page in your account.
Increasing the Workspace API Calls Limit
If the API Calls included in your plan are not enough for your needs, you can purchase additional API calls. Please contact our Customer Success team via chat or email at [email protected] to discuss pricing and request a top-up.
Additional API calls are renewed monthly, on the same date as your basic plan's renewal.
Monitoring API call usage and renewal dates
To keep track of your API call usage and renewal date:
Log in to your TimelinesAI account.
Navigate to Integrations → Public API.
In the API Calls section, you can see how many calls you've used, how many are remaining, and when the quota resets. The renewal date aligns with your plan's monthly renewal date.
When you purchase additional API calls, no manual activation is required. The system automatically adds the extra API calls to your workspace as soon as the charge is successfully processed.
Webhook integration as an alternative
If your use case involves polling, consider using our Webhook Integration instead. Webhooks deliver events to your endpoint in real time and do not consume API calls. You can read more about it here: Public API Webhooks Overview.
