Issue
You may notice that the "All Chats" tab is not available for your team members.
Why is this happening?
The reason why this happens is because you are not be subscribed to a plan that comes with a shared inbox feature. If you are subscribed to the CRM Integration plan, the "Chats" section will only be available to the workspace owner and restricted to the rest of the team members, as it's not part of the plan in question. This is what the rest of your team will see whenever they try to go to the "Chats" section on TimelinesAI:
We understand that this may create confusion and questions, regarding some particular chats that your team may want to check. No worries, there is a way to do that!
Alternate way to view chats on TimelinesAI
Although there's an alternative to view chats, this may done one-by-one:
Go to the WhatsApp Accounts section on Timelines
Select the the "My account" tab
Click __"Manage the contact list"__, to extend it
Search for the relevant chat, in the Search Bar available in that section
Once you've found it, click on it and you'll be taken to the chat in question
How to open chats from the Pipedrive interface
By clicking the link, you will be taken to the particular chat on TimelinesAI and you'll be able to communicate with your contacts there.
Go to a Person/Deal on Pipedrive
Go to the activity "Whatsapp chat"
Scroll down to the bottom of the conversation. You will see the link "Open the conversation on TimelinesAI"
Click on the link, to be redirected to the relevant chat on TimelinesAI
| Note: The HubSpot, Monday, Zoho, and Close Native Integrations that we offer (in case you use any of these) will also have a chat link available in their respective items, if you have properly connected and/or configured these
All Chats tab is available in the Shared Inbox and Mass Messaging & Automation plans
Using the CRM Integration plan, won't give your team access to the "All Chats" tab, which allows them to select, label, assign, set up notifications, reminders, leave notes, and use other tools for team collaboration.
The aforementioned features are a available only for the Shared Inbox and the Mass Messaging & Automation plans.
