If you need to check what's the status a message that you sent, then you may use the "History" feature.
To check the delivery status history:
Go to the chat and scroll to the relevant message that you want to check
Hover your cursor over a message that you or your team sent
Click on the "History" button from the floating menu
This will display the delivery status history of the message, as shown below:
