WhatsApp offers users two kinds of features for messaging:

View Once Messages
Disappearing Messages

1. View Once Messages

These are messages that are meant to be accessed once. The message contents are usually Videos, Images, and Voice Notes, which the sender enables when they are redacting their message.

Given the nature of these messages, WhatsApp won't save them on the recipient's device.

These messages will not be synced to other sessions that you may have in your "Linked Devices" section and thus, TimelinesAI will not be able to sync those messages.

2. Disappearing Messages

This is an optional feature that WhatsApp provides users with. You can enable these messages within your WhatsApp mobile app, making all sent and received messages disappear from the chats you have with your contacts after 24 hours, 7 or 90 days, after these were sent.

We will definitely sync these messages on TimelinesAI, which can also be synced into the CRM you integrate WhatsApp with.
