A "contact" is defined as any chat with an individual user or group of users where at least one WhatsApp message has been sent or received by you or your team, and that message has been successfully synchronized with TimelinesAI.
Each workspace is allotted a total of 100,000 contacts for a lifetime. A contact is counted toward your limit when all of the following conditions are met:
The contact exists in TimelinesAI.
The chat with that contact includes at least one successfully sent or received message that was synchronized with TimelinesAI.
If you have multiple WhatsApp accounts connected to TimelinesAI and communicate with the same contact using different numbers, each chat from a different number will be counted separately. For example, if two sales agents engage with the same lead using two different WhatsApp numbers, TimelinesAI will create two separate chats (one for each number), and your contact usage will increase by 2 out of your 100,000 contact limit.
Contacts that exist in TimelinesAI but have no messages within a chat are not counted toward your contact limit. For instance, when you initially connect your WhatsApp number, contacts that sync but only display the message, "_The messaging history is displayed going forward once there are new messages in this chat_," are not counted, as they have no synchronized messages in TimelinesAI yet. Once you send or receive a message in that chat, the contact will then be counted toward your limit.
Currently, the contact limit is in place, but TimelinesAI services will continue to function even if the limit is exceeded.
