You can share files via Public API, by first uploading them to TimelinesAI. We'll go over the steps on how you can upload and use these files in your automated messages.

Upload a file to TimelinesAI

To upload a file to TimelinesAI, please follow these steps:

Head to Integrations and then, click on the Uploaded Files tab
Click on the green "Upload file" button and select one from your device
Once the file's uploaded, you'll see it available in this same section



Hover your cursor over the file and click on the "Copy file ID to clipboard" button



Note: You can also rename or delete the file by clicking on the respective icons within this same floating menu

Now that you've copied the file to your clipboard, you'll be able to paste it in the "file_id" string that's in your request body, as shown here:



And that's it - now you can send files this way in your automated messages.
