How to manage (change/cancel) recurring paid quota

The Mass Messaging & Automation quota (MMA quota) defines how many messages can be sent by a TimelinesAI workspace , via specific channels. You can learn more about MMA quota in this Overview Article.

Recurring paid quota is one of the quota types available for purchase.
To manage ( increase/decrease or cancel) purchased recurring quota go to Account > Subscription from the left navigation menu or use this direct URL: https://app.timelines.ai/account/subscription/ . Keep in mind that only workspace owners can open and manage the subscription. "SUBSCRIPTIOS SUMMARY" block will contain following information:

how many messages of recurring paid quota type were purchased
billing date
link to Cancel the subscription
Manage Recurring Quota button



To change ( increase/decrease) amount of purchased quota units



To adjust the number of purchased quota units, click the Manage Recurring Quota button on Subscription page. You’ll be redirected to the "Update Your Subscription" page. Enter the desired amount of quota units in the Quaintly field, then proceed to checkout.

Please note that the value of a quota unit varies depending on your plan. For the CRM Integration and Shared Inbox plans, 1 unit = 100 messages. For the Mass Messaging plan, 1 unit = 1000 messages.



To cancel purchased recurring quota



To cancel your recurring quota, click the Cancel link next to "Manage Recurring Quota" on the Subscription page. You'll be asked to give a reason. After that, your quota will cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.

The billing day and cancellation date will be shown on the Subscription page. You won't be billed after that day, and your subscription will be fully cancelled. You can still use any remaining quota before then
