How to Increase your Mass Messaging Quota
As the owner of your workspace, you can increase your mass messaging quota, which allows you to send Mass Messaging Campaigns and Automated Messages. To do so, please follow these steps:
Go to your Subscription Settings
Click on the "Purchase more quota" button
This will take you to a page where you can increase your quota:
Once you have defined the amount of quota that you want to have, you may hit on "Subscribe", and this quota will be allocated in your plan.
Note: The quota will be represented in single units; depending on which plan you are, each unit will represent different quantities:
For Pipedrive/HubSpot/Shared Inbox plans - each unit represents 100 messages
For Mass Messaging & Automation plan - each unit represents 1,000 messages
