Do you or your team members use personal WhatsApp accounts for work?

There is an easy way to make sure no personal WhatsApp communication gets into Pipedrive.

To achieve this, you may disable this setting:

As we match the contacts by numbers, if you disable this setting, only the contacts that are already created on Pipedrive will get WhatsApp messages synchronized into CRM.

It may be useful in case your team members may have a private communication along with messaging with your clients.

If they only use WhatsApp for work purposes, you may leave this setting enabled to get new contacts from WhatsApp saved into CRM automatically.
