How to Change the Workspace Owner
To change the owner of the workspace, the current owner must contact our support team via chat or email at hello@timelines.ai and provide the following details:
- Their current email address
- The new owner's email address (the new owner must already be an active user within the same workspace).
- Specify the role that should be assigned to the current owner after the transfer.
- Indicate whether any billing details need to be updated as part of the transfer:
- Last 4 digits of the credit card used for payments.
- Expiration date of the card.
- Cardholder’s name.
