Checking the Delivery Status of Messages

If you need to check what's the status a message that you sent, then you may use the "Insight" feature.

To Check the Delivery Status History:

Go to the chat and scroll to the relevant message that you want to check
Hover your cursor over a the message
Click on the "Insight" button from the floating menu

This will display the delivery status history of the message, as shown below:
