What Happens if my Subscription Expires?

End of the Free Trial Period

TimelinesAI provides a 10-day Free Trial period to all new users. You may select any of our basic plans, so you can test out our services and then, determine whether TimelinesAI is suitable for your business needs.

Just a few days before your Free Trial ends, we'll display a reminder message for you, indicating the date when the trial ends:

If you decide to not move forward with one of our paid subscriptions, after the Free Trial ends, you will still be able to access your TimelinesAI account and see the history of your messages. However, you will no longer be able to send or receive messages on TimelinesAI, unless you subscribe to a plan.

End of the Subscription

If your current subscription's payment cycle is coming to the end soon, you will get a similar reminder to the one aforementioned. If you don't continue with a paid subscription, the connection between your WhatsApp account and TimelinesAI account will be paused. You will still have access to your TimelinesAI account, though.

How to Resume Your TimelinesAI Subscription

If you would like to resume sending or receiving messages or access other features such as Bulk Messages, Mass Messaging Campaigns, or Automations, you can easily do so through your subscription settings.

1. Visit your Subscription Settings.
2. Click on “Manage My Subscription”.
3. You will be taken to a page where you can review your plan and resume your subscription.

Following these steps will restore full access to your account and all associated features.
