Message Replies, Reactions, and Rich Text Formatting for your TimelinesAI Chats
In this article, we’ll go over the steps on how you can reply and react to chat messages on TimelinesAI. We’ll also review how you can format your messages via Rich Text Syntax.
To reply to a specific message in a chat thread on TimelinesAI:
Hover your cursor over the message you want to reply to until you see a floating menu:
Click on the first icon “Reply with message”
The message will then display below the text box, where you’ll be able to type and send your reply:
After you send the reply, it’ll be visible on WhatsApp as a regular reply. TimelinesAI will inform you that the message is a reply to another message in the same thread:
You’ll also see a link in the description, which will take you to the original message in the chat thread. Additionally, the contents of said message will be included in the description.
Note: You can only reply to one message at a time.
We don’t support replies with attachments at the moment.
If you’d like to add a reaction to a message within a chat on TimelinesAI, then please follow these instructions:
Hover your cursor over the message you want to react to:
Click on the second icon “React with emoji” and select the specific emoji you’d like to use
You’ll see that below the same message, the emoji used will show up:
You can click on the reaction made and you’ll see who reacted to the message:
The reaction will also show up on WhatsApp. And you’ll also be able to remove the reaction by clicking on “Click to remove”.
Note: Reactions to group chats are currently not supported
You can send text messages on TimelinesAI using rich text syntax. This is done the same way you’d do it via WhatsApp.
The messages will show up on WhatsApp the same way you format them on TimelinesAI.
