Here is the step-by-step process to establish a connection with Make:
1. Navigate to Automations
Log in to your TimelinesAI account.
Open the left sidebar menu and select the Automations section.
2. Select the Make Integration
In the Automations menu, find and click on Make.
3. Retrieve the API Key
Locate the API Key generated specifically for the Make integration within this tab.
Click the Copy button to copy the API key directly to your clipboard (avoid manually typing or selecting the text to prevent extra spaces).
4. Connect in Make
Login to your Make.com account
Create a new scenario or open the existing one
Click + sign to add a new module
Find TimelinesAI for WhatsApp as an app for your new module
Select the desired event or action
For triggering modules only: Click Create a Webhook. If you are adding an action module, you can skip this step
Click Create a Connection. Note: If you've previously established the TimelinesAI connection, you can select an existing connection OR create a new one using the Add button.
Add the desired connection name and enter your Make API Key. To find your Make API key:
Open Make integration settings within your TimelinesAI account at https://app.timelines.ai/integrations/make/
Click _Generate Token_
Copy the token and use it as your _Make API Key_
That’s it! Your connection is now complete, and you are ready to create automations within Make.
