Open the relevant chat in TimelinesAI Shared Inbox.
Locate the HubSpot card in the right-hand sidebar.
Review the links in the card — they show the HubSpot record where the latest message was synced.
Click the links to verify if the activities are present there.

What to do
Check the Message Sync Log in TimelinesAI for any errors.
Open Integration Settings in TimelinesAI to confirm your HubSpot sync rules (e.g., contacts, companies, or deals).
Verify that your HubSpot integration is active. Reconnect if needed.
