Exporting WhatsApp contacts data into CSV files
TimelinesAI allows exporting WhatsApp contacts data into CSV files.
Requirements:
You must be subscribed to the Shared Inbox or Mass Messaging plan to export contacts.
If you are not subscribed to any of the plans above, then the feature will not be available to you.
To export the contacts data:
Click on the "WhatsApp Accounts" section on TimelinesAI
Then, click on the "Contacts export" tab:
Proceed and click on the "Export contacts" button
The file will be generated in the background and you will see a green notification message about this, at the top of your screen
After the CSV file is generated you will see it in the list down the screen and you will be able to download it
Clicking on the corresponding link will initiate the download as a CSV file, with all the data about the contacts from your workspace.
The WhatsApp contact data includes contact names, phone numbers, labels, etc. Everything besides messaging history, message tags, and comments. You can filter or map the columns in your CSV and/or CRM.
CSV file provides you with the following information regarding the chats you have in your shared inbox:
Contact name
Contact number
Timeline URL
Timeline labels
Timeline Responsible
Timeline Responsible email
Contact description
Last message date
Chat creation or initial sync date
Chat status
