To keep the received messages organized, you may sort the chat list by:
Last messages received: The first messages displayed will be the most recently received ones/recently replied
Responsible: Unassigned chats will be displayed first, followed by those assigned to your team members
How to sort the Chat List view based on the Responsible/Last Messages Received:
Go the the Chat List view/inbox
Navigate to the right side of the Chat List
Click on the Last Message or Responsible columns

Responsible:
If you refresh the page (or access any other page), the sorting will be reset to the default settings
__Tip__: By using the "Responsible" sorting view, a team can find unassigned chats right away and distribute them between team members.
