Sorting the Chat List view

In order to keep the received messages organized, you may sort the chat list by:

• Last messages received: The first messages displayed will be the most recently received ones/recently replied

• Responsible: Unassigned chats will be displayed first, followed by those assigned to your Teammates

How to sort the Chat List view based by Responsible/Last Messages Received:

1. Go the the Chat List view/inbox
2. Navigate to the right side of the Chat List
3. Click on the Last Message or Responsible columns

Tip: By using the "Responsible" sorting view, a team can find unassigned chats right away, and distribute them between team members.
